if you noticed daoc cities/towns look so old and are i need of an update then look no further if wanna spend a long time d/loading a much needed transformation of the land of hibernia/midgard/albion cities and towns then i have found a link where this is possible

many of you may already know where to get it but here it is anyways

Nope, and won't work yet when it says requires Patch 1.75.
