Artis, why aren't they group drops?

Artis, why aren't they group drops?

Ok having now had a bit of time to play in ToA I have to say I hate the place. What I want to know is why on earth did they not make Artis drop for groups?

You could have a full group with each member doing the encounter and then allow the mob to drop for all members. Why not make the Artis like extended group quests? Sort iof Indiana Jones style? What happened in Mythic was someone sleeping at the meeting?

What has happened is an expansion of BG activity which is ok first time around (in some instances) but becomes tedious in the extreme (ML3). We then had an absolutely massive expansion in activity that only benefits individuals - scrolls and artis :arti: . What the hell were they thinking of?

It is group activity that makes guilds and I am not surprised to find that some of us have seen our experience of the game take a major nose dive. I am now facing the possibility that my only real group experience is going to be in 8vs8 RvR?!

silly that all arti not 100% drop too :(
but mythic chose it :/ we just have to work round it :(

and slap the person responsible if we ever find out their name!

same reason you can't /level 50 etc,
if everyone had everything the game would get a touch old a touch fast...

1)because this game is about to play long term, and not complete template in one week.
2)and its for all the same
3)i dont want that all peeps get all the arti's they want
4)things get too easy dont make long fun
5)i dont want the long term player punished for working on theire chars,and that it would if 100% droprate

enough?
ok it sucks i killed Traitor 6 times and no drop-the i go market and bought the dagger,i did CB 5 times and we got only one bracer and i didnt get CB and?
but sometimes i will get th Bracer...but i still stand to tho above listed points

Dont mind if its not 100% drop-rate if I can solo it. But some encounters arent soloable (Spear of Kings for example; or Atlantis thingie) and are quite poor droprate. Same for Cloudsong and such.

Nothing pisses someone off more then to finally get a FG to help him and then the frigging arti doesnt drop

Artis that require half a fg of more should be 100% drop rates.

Artis that can be solo should be 25% or 50% drop rate.

Artis that need a zerg to do (bruiser, zo') should drop in 3's IMO.

hmm but how do you decide what is soloable and what is not.

When someone hasn't got a bb? Solo the definition in itself is 'one' character doing it, not 'i've got a bb get outta my way i can solo this mofo' from certain nQQbs that play this game. Plainly those idiots can't see that they are using 'two' chars even if it is 'one' user :p
