Okay, so maybe you are thankful if they add when you were going to lose, and in that case, 100 arpes are better than nothing, but only in that situation. call me greedy or whatever, i dont want to take 10x longer getting an rr due to the fact someone added every fight and i only got 100 or so rp's.
The problem I have with both of these is that it means that the object of firing up the game would be to increase your RPs. That might sound reasonable on the face of it, but if I wanted to see a number get bigger and bigger, I might as well fire up an app that shows my age in seconds.
The motivator to play this game or any game for me is fun. That means having the fight is the bit that counts for me, not dinging a realm rank. Sure, dinging a realm rank is briefly satisfying but then so is completing a project at work and you wouldn't catch me paying a monthly subscription for the pleasure of going there every day.
If I run out, have a fight and enjoy it, I don't give a stuff how many realm points I got for it. Adding can get in the way of enjoying fights sometimes, but so can the stipulation not to add, so you might as well relax about the whole subject. Getting riled on this issue is futile.
