Problems with login

Lo m8s, i got a problem, my ecnh is in housing zone but i cant log him online... wheres the prob then? the zone isnt an old one imo :banghead:
All played by two brothers:
50 Ench -> Bowon: 50 Druids -> Bowbob, Bowini; 50 BMs -> Bowdie, Boworon; 50 Ani -> Bowtree; 50 NSs -> Bowri, Tomshadow; 50 Ranger -> Tomschadow; 44 Bard -> Tomius
Houses: 3561 and 3567

You recently installed the game? And if so and not catacombs - did you download housing?
