Who won't come back? As far as I've been watching the last days the numbers of enemies grew when they got killed but let's leave that aside.Ethild wrote:If an enemy gets zerged/added on, they are far less likely to come back. This hurts everyone, they log out of frustration, and you wander around getting frustrated because there is now nothing to kill. This is why the active RvR guilds make a fairly big deal about trying to keep fights 'fair'.
I can't speak for the rest of the guilds, but for us a tower siege is a free-for-all but any fight already engaged with equal numbers midfield, we will do our best to run past and come back later. I do however think the manner in which groups have been 'asked' not to join in recently has kinda deteriorated.
What is a "fair" fight? Is it fair, to let an enemy gg slaughter a random group of your realm? Yes you may be accused of adding by the enemy realm's group, so what? They are playing in the enemy realm and if they did want fair fights, they wouldn't be running around where "the easy prey" is. So why even bother with not adding?
I've seen no what so ever group that really plays fair. I don't complain about it, it's part of the game. But I still don't know how you define fair in this case. Is it fair to make a speed race between a jet plane and a bicycle or something like that?
As far as it concerns me, enemy realm and our realm... Fight them if you see them, if there is any chance you can win. I can accept that not everyone shares this point of view. What I can not accept is this "no adding" brabbling I get so often... even when we engaged them first (yes we did so and yes he doesn't think so and yes we won't discuss it over and over again because it won't lead anywhere).
If you, and I am speaking to all who are complaining about us "adders", can't accept us adding, you will have to move elsewhere. I surely won't add anything when I am not around. If you want to make a competiton out of it, do so. But I can only suggest that you don't do it where everyone else is doing all the zerg and add and what else you don't like.
It seems to me as if you're running against a wall, beating up your face when you could easily walk around it. Just to give you an impression of how this looks to me.
PS: And as I said, I did not mean to taunt anyone in the first place. That's why I left names out. And yes... where does the vicinity of a tower end, where you may add everything and where not? I am really curious, because i can't see a marker on neither the ground nor the map.
