Mythic is releasing a new server type which has NO expansion content. It's called the Origins server. It will have differences between it and the true pre-SI servers, with some improvements and balance changes. The details can all be found below:

Gahn is right yeah, am making a guild for the new server with p0x, so if you guys show up on the server, will be nice to be surrounded by familiar faces.

oohh, i heard about the poll on mythic's site asking if people are interested in that style server...didn't realise it actually materialised into anything!

They should put in teleports to keeps, because old frontiers 75% of the time was spend running to emain to get pwnd

Teleport will bring back Glasny, but with a reduced wait time (seems 5 mins).

Could be tempted to come back for the Origins server although I don't know how I feel about lack of Theurgists, whilst I wouldn't play Alb the lack of their prescence but whilst giving Mythic Valkyries would seem a little odd to me.

What realm would you be going for Jara, Hib I presume

?

The new changes certainly bring some hurdles, I'd like to play bard, but with only 25sec mezz and no buffs then I'm not sure it'd be that fun. Perhaps something like Enchanter might be worthwhile.
