It's a bit premature to assume things will be back to how they were, I don't see them pulling out of India and the you-get-what-you-pay-for 49p an hour staff are one of the major causes of their service and support problems. They'll either have to raise prices or cut profits to resolve this problem now and I don't see either being popular with the chair holders, Michael Dell doesn't have free reign to do whatever he wants still.
