as title says im begining to doubt we will ever get anything going again, we tryed to move alliance and all, but still its kind of hard to get in any grps anyway, so when we have a peak of people in the guild of 3, its starts to get kind of frustrating to log on but guess thats just me agian or?
think ill go play mid awhile and see if anything happends or i think this will soon come to an end from my point of view,sad because we had a quite good grp at some point but now we cant even make half a grp unless we get ppl to play on others char's or having to deppend on some we borrow from other guilds which is not allways to fun, but ill give it a little more time cause i really had some fun here and meet some cool people so would be sad to throw it all away and hard too.

but would be cool if people would step forward and say if they are gonna return or not at all, kind frustrating to be a place waiting for someone that might never return, its like waiting for the bus in a snowstorm to find out the bus was canceld or something like that

You could might as well topic this post with "The state of daoc", since its not just our guild who is inactive, but pretty much the whole daoc population, there is very very few active GGs. and the few there is run like once a week.
Im afraid the very only action you can get these days are irvr or zergage. And i too feel it is sad that the state of daoc is like this, but its not the first time daoc have had a very low going period, the winter might help on it or it may not. Never the less the game is comming to and end rather fast and i think the only really future in daoc is to head US.
At least i have considered US a bit, since i play at horrible times also.

What can I say, have played the game for more then 4 years, I get very bored from time to time tbh.

Right now im playing some Dungeonsiege 2 and Neverwinter Nights 2 instead.

Considered a merge with some of the other old school prydwen rvr guilds? Im sure between CT, Severance and AD, with some odd others from the alliance guilds you could get a functional GG, just takes a bit of effort, and a positive outlook (difficult at the moment i appreciate).

Yes really i would like that, but i got gahns group and nfd gg2. So no time left really. Though in general i'd think we could make a very good group together.

yeah sounds like a good idea to me aswell but as crom says it takes some effort and some accept from all

TBH it would be good to see CT back again if only to watch Bond bard & Cog heal (I need tips!!), though there's jack all to fight atm.

It is true that there isnt that much left to fight. However could bring some life in the server back by making a group "just for kicks". Goin into agramon everytime, because you have to 8vs8 gets boring after a whiled aswell. Especially if you come across the same Herra/Fru group everytime or the Alb caster/kite group, where you have to play to the max everytime to compete.
Not saying that isnt fun. Infact i think people enjoy the most, but...

There should be also room to fool around, preferbly tower/keep taking. Not everyone enjoy's it and there are some albs who "specialised" in defending in such occations. I'm thinkin this, because the game has gone completaly static. Nobody wants to take a keep or relic, because someone doesnt agree, or because it gets pve'd back in the morning anyway.

we tend to try and do that dont we nefer hehe, i like our late night grps thats what its all about having fun imo. but gets kind of hard when all the ppl u used to have fun with leaves, but i am trying to find new ones and found some and thats cool, but still would like some more action and a grp like ur talking about would be great, just need some accept from some ppl, but i know that some cant play many days so there we have it again not all play as much as i tend to (addicted) so guess thats why i often get more bored than others and need more action, and that gets rather hard if ur guild is only 3 man cause u cant allways rely on getting some from other guilds as subs.
