It's a wonderful thing, makes it all crunchy & crumbly.

Well I suppose that depends on who's oats it is.......

the tartness of the rhubarb with the sweetness of the baileys custard....
Never heard of Bailey's Custard before, but it certainly sounds nice :D

Can't stand rhubarb though so it would still be an apple crumble.

Although like Crom I do like Ice Cream on crumble for the temperature contrast, I guess haagen-dazs Baileys Ice Cream would be a compromise between the 2 :D

Hmmm so far it looks like...
1) Yes ... <1
2) Maybe ... <1
3) No ... <1
4) Pie (or Crumble) ... Everyone!

... which seems pretty reasonable :D
(Apple & Blackcurrant crumble (without oats) with vanilla ice-cream :) )

i made a mistake of ordering a mixed fruit curry one time, and yes it looked like they poured a can of fruit bits into it.
The worst bit was when it appeared they had put a glace cherry on top.
After recovering from the shock i decided that i would stick to the chicken tikka masala.

With regard to the pie debate.
I prefer an apple strudle with ice cream. <grins>

Ive never liked fruit with 'main' dishes. Once made a venison chilli with prunes and apricots, what a waste of about £15 of venison :(

Chiken Tikka Jalfrezi for me curry wise.

By the way, if you like Curries, I saw this great South African recipe on the TV last week called "Bunny Chow". Nothing to do with rabbits, but it's basically curried mincemeat, which is served in the end of a hollowed out loaf of bread. I made some at the weekend and it is absolutely delicious, especially accompanied with a nice bottle of Merlot. Link to recipe below:-

Just pay someone in a Land Rover to drive in front of you running them over!
