Didn't grow on me I always just used old Loki then imported/exported to/from the new Loki when I needed it's auto-SC thing.

You just need to use it a few times and you soon get the hang of the new layout. That's my experience. Part of the problem is that some people don't like to read the instructions in the help section, so they jump straight in and get confused.

A well designed program should let you jump straight in tbh

Its worth the pain. - Its actually very simple, and doesnt take long to get used to it. Good documentation as well.
Best of all it has several killer features over old loki.
1) Compatibility with the ethinarg database
2) Put multiple items into a slot, allowing easy switching within your template, and also autocalculation looks through those options.
3) Easily handles multiple weapon configurations (1 handed, 2 handed etc)
4) Tabbed templates
5) Integrated item search with multiple criteria inbuilt.
6) Supports new crafted armour.
And not to forget continued support and updates, with an active developer and user forum.
