Not even Hib - freddyhouse is spammed to any noticable degree..

Have we stoped communications and given up?

Even with less people (like 400 on high prydwen that is) should be an active community. I just feel its all slipping away....

People have run out of things to say??

Most guilds/groups etc are fairly established. People have friends etc for in game stuff. Bar the odd - look at this patch note then most people have run out of stuff to talk about.

It's noticeable that a couple of the recent busier threads were not particularly in game related.

If you check FH most of the thread that are generated are whine (class/person/group setup/playstyle) & that's all that seems to revolve around DAoC these days as far as the forums go.

events are still being run and posted about in the relevant guild/alliance/realm forums.
General problem with forum posts on FH is that you get the usual trolls spamming stuff and spoiling it so people dont bother.
i think a lot of people dont use the forums and a lot of thoose that do look dont talk on them.

No its the decreasing amount of players, no fresh blood.
There is also no emotion in the game atm,no relic takes...iRVR i sh..t anyway.
And after the 125 whine about Horner,T-Zerg or any other people this is also no fun anymore.
The game is dying we all know this, its only a matter of fact what we do till the next game comes (WAR),i will play daoc thats my decision....but lots are leaving and there is no way to hold them.

You need new players to let a game not die,but who has seen new players in the last month......??

when i look at GPK per example....1 year ago we have supported nearly 2FG 1 or 2 nights a week.

Last week we where down to 5 people wich plays under the week, wich means most the time when i logged on i was alone in the /gu.
Two of the 5 people told me they will not play much anymore because they had problems to get groups in RVR---->wich took us down to 3.

Anyways i also left behind GPK this week and moved on to an bigger guild where i have at least 5-8 people playing when i also play.

Would it be true to say that you only (or primarily) play to RvR?
I havn't been out to RvR for ages so I wouldn't know how things are out in the frontiers, but what I can say is that I've been in more PvE groups in the last few weeks than in the last 6 months probably.
RvR may possibly be dead ATM but the game itself certainly isn't.
