I think that your best bet is to right now it.

Packet loss begins after http://www.gblx.net and continues throguh to OT. So right now will probably merit the best response.

Please send any ping-plots you have to Goa server which are current ofc to RighNow.
https://faq.camelot-europe.com/
click on your preferred language to enter, enter your game login details then to ask a question and in the pull down menu section there is a specific section all on its own for ping-plots.. please select that and attach your plot to the thread (remember these are real people reading these and it isn't there fault so be polite).. all plots are much appreciated and will be forwarded to the admin IT section to be analyzed..
if u don't send these in then they don't know.. this is not a official GOA forum and nor is FH.. so therefore putting them up here is about as much use as a chocolate tea pot.. ;)

Contrary to belief you can have an excellent connection and have 100% packet loss along the way.

If the ping plot show 100% packet loss but the average time is low then there's a good chance that the router showing 100% loss is set to not respond to ICMP (ping traffic). Simply what the network engineers are doing is sacrificing traceability over performance. Best performance but no traceability.

What to look out for?

- Packet loss at the entrance of GOA
--- Shows a problem with their routers (entrance router will always show 100% loss normally)

- Sudden jump in response time
--- Anything before opentransit is not GOA's fault.

As the pic shows it is after or on the Opentransit IPs. I tested today too and got same result.

Hope they can find the problem and help me.
