most of you know this website for calculating the weapon speed,so the question is,is the Itiem Haste from this formular the same as the + melee speed from ToA itiems,or is there another formular for calculating this?

Anyone knows is the calculated sum in any kind rounded down or up?

Item haste = TOA-haste, for example the 5% on SoM.
Spell haste = Haste-buff, from druid or a charge, or from a spell u get (eg. Vampiir SM Haste, Warden Nurture haste etc, VW selfhaste etc)

The calculation on this website is not rounded up or down until the end result. If the end-result is lower then 1.5 secs, its rounded up to 1.5sec, which is the hardcap to swingspeed ingame.

1.89 swingspd on my infil according to this. 2 x 4.1spd weapons, 250quick, 17%haste, 10%ToA bonus. Which makes me wonder if i should get more quickness on it.

No, if you get more QUI, the game acts like ur having 250 QUI in terms of Swing-speed.

So basically í'm capped at 1.89 swingspd? :<
