Steps to be done
ML7.1 Lava Bridge
Easy enough, one of us (me) puts his hand into a plate, all run across the bridge and not being burned to crisps and step done.
ML7.2 Know your opponents
Depending on how many groups we are this might take a while. Literally killing four types of mobs (all feuding with each other) long enough gives a nice message from each four factions.
Once all the factions are done step is done.
Mobs con purple and have different pros and cons.
Now to the difficult steps which fail mainly due to people not listening.
For all steps you must have one space in backpack or you don't enter the encounter.
ML7.3 Apophian's Challenge
The easiest of all of them. Bring the mob to 5% (no nukes, no dd, no aoe, no casting apart from small heals), then kite. Do this for 10 minutes and you have credit.
Mob starts orange con and goes high purple.
Kill it and the number of mobs double. Once you reach 8 your group will be dead within 30 seconds.
DON'T KILL THE FIRST MOB.
Don't use SOR as they will bring the agro to the healer.
7.4 Volurgon's Challenge
Red con mob that pops on the central pad where group enters. Again, don't kill until the fireball is spawned. Once the fireball spawns, kill Volurgon fast.
Set up SOR and FOP as soon as you enter and it will be easy.
Here's the failure method:
You kill the Volurgon too early, the fireball circles until coming to pad and BOOM! nearly kills the group. Killing too fast will kill the group, simple and easy.
7.5 Shaitan's Challenge
Simple bad mood purple djinni that can pop all around the room. Set up FOP and SOR as soon as you enter, then kill the djinni fast.
A new one pops, you kill it, a new one pops, you kill it, a new one pops, you kill it and after 10 minutes you get credit.
Your group gets into trouble if you kill too slowly and you get more than one djinni.
7.6 Hephaestian's Challenge
Same as 7.5 just with different mobs which happily spawn a new opponent every 20 secs. Set up SOR and FOP immediately after entering and commence killing.
30 kills = credit.
7.7. Crossing the Chamber
(Pending on time and/or numbers we either do it or not.)
Simply killing a big flaming mob (his mother had no imagination so called him Flame) which comes with lots of little red flames which go easily down with AOE.
Drops some nice loot.
Scrolls: I don't give a damn about who gets scrolls. And I don't tolerate the BG degenerating into a scroll haggling zone.
