AFAIK only Golden Spear and Spear of Kings are available as Celtic Spear artifacts. Goldenspear is quite good, and has good TOA-bonusses, SoK has a proc which lowers the melee-damage u take.

Other good options are indeed the Champion spear, and the ML10 Spear seems popular due to the 'funny looking' proc (thunder hitting the one u hit).

I did consider perhaps using Belt of the Sun for the Energy Spear, as I know most Albs run with zero, or certainly very low Energy resists.

I really like the look of the ML10 Spear, I just wonder what the cost would be of something like that? I can't look ATM because of the servers being down obviously

it shouldn't be that expensive since not a lot of characters are specced that way Sturgis.

I'd go for ML10 spear both stat wise and proc wise, the pet (which actually procs quite a lot from my pov) does overall near 400 hits of dmg while lasting.
As for the price i reckon i bought it for 8 plats or so.

Statswise and if you don't have to much money, the Champ weapon is good enough for sure.

ML10 has better proc, but statswise it aint better.
