Greetings,
Thanks for the report. We came to restore your items today and found that the account was closed. Please update this report when the account is reopened and we will be pleased to replace the items that you have lost.
Yours sincerely,

In my opinion there is no reason why I should pay before they restore the items bearing in mind I paid for 5 months when I couldnt use the toon on that account that I wanted to. Is it right that they should ask for payment as a pre-requisite to restoring the items? (and dont go the one of saying that they cant do anything with closed accounts... they after all deleted items from closed accounts too)

heh that is rather silly, lets say that was an acc with only 1 char you wanted to play and he was stripped, should you then need to keep paying for it until they restored it...laugable especially after this long time, and they should be able to atleast temporarely open it to get the char restored... geez

Something else that is rather fun is that I have never been able to use an arti in the current template as it was destroyed, and if I don't get it back I probably wont have any use for it atall as Im redoing temp when DR comes =P

Pretty irrelevant difference I know, but I reported stuff missing on the first day and that was 5th September. So am I losing it or is it four months 12 days? <works it out on her fingers for the third time> I always have trouble with these things.
