Un-Restricted dmg on Tart's ?

Trying to sort a new template for my mana ment

What exactly would "Un-Restricted damage" (on Tart's staff) come under when using my SC calc, im guessing its the same as spell damage ?

Also What arti's would i need to cap 10% (or near that) for both Spell Pierce & spell damage, ive looked about but its confusing tbh as some arti's (such as tart's) dont give propper info ?

its 5% spell pierceing

IE 5% passive of player SC resists is quite nice as it stacks with CS / traldors / CoZ charges and other items(up to 10%)

as for capping..
Jacinas Sash has 5% pierce
Atlantis Tablet has 5% pierce
Erinys Charm has 5% pierce
Guard of Valor has 4% damage
Nailiah's Robe has 4% damage
Gem of Lost Memories has 2% damage
Tartaros has 5% damage and 5% pierce
and Traldors has 5% pierce

artifacts with the charge are

Cloudsong
Crown of Zahur
Traldors

Tart only has 5% damage bonus, but no pierce

To cap both pierce and damage you need:
-Tart and GoV/Nailah's for the damage.
-jacina's + eriny's/AT for pierce
