Stardrop, level question

Got a bb on camlann that wants it but says The magic of blabla fails to affect you. Currently lvl 37, what lvl does it need to be for the gem to work?

if i remember correctly it was about level 40 or 41 that level 50 named items started working.
rogs work even on lower level.

ooh so thats how that worked.
Always wondered why some level 50 stuff would work on a leve 25 and some wouldnt

Anyone know the formula? maybe its 1.5:1 ratio like with rezzes, a level34 can rezz a level 50 :: 34 @ 34+17=51 :: 33 @ 33+16.5= 39.5

isnt it +15 above ur level.. so lvl 35 u could rezz a lvl 50 but it takes all ur power..

Rezzes are like Craft said, u can rezz 1.5 times ur own lvl.
A lvl10 can rezz max lvl15, a lvl20 can rezz max lvl30, a lvl30 can rezz lvl45 and so.
