when will we loose underpop. bonus

anyone knows at wich quote we will be loosing the underpopulation bonuses that we have,meaning specially the bonus level .
Alb population has dropped very fast, Mid population not so fast and Hib population is quite stable in the last few weeks.
Think Alb Mids and Hibs will soon have an nearly equal population in a few weeks.
At which quote will we loose bonus level?

It gets re-evaluated every week..i doubt we will loose it soon tho

when we dont have an underpopulation of the realm i guess.
As the game is called dark age of CAMELOT and most people know about the norse - i doubt this will happen any time soon.
Tho people may join to play a vampiir!

i dont think we should loose it but at the same time i dont think its fair that the other realms pay full cost.
All are suffering low numbers and imo noone should be paying full price for keeps.

Will loose the bonus when our RvR population of active 45 to 50s is probably on par with the other realms.
As of last week Albs and Hibs are same numbers and same split of around 38% of rps taken (=76 overall) with Mids active of over 1.5 the single population of either Albs and Hibs but bringing home substantially less rps.
Bet this will change as soon as we see warlocks in RvR.
