Power barrels, end barrels

Power bottles, end bottles, etc...
Anyone can explain how these are made? I heard they are tied to a crafting quest, if so where do I pick it up?
Quite a few on the CMs atm, but notice the price per charge is as much as 10times the value of a power pot on some (ie 2plat per 100 charge barrel).

they worth 1 plat at most cost around 400 g to make but ppl are very greedy nowa days

really the price for making 121 pots sometimes the double for 2p is a fair price.
unless you have hours and hours to spend on it. for me atleat average barrel takes 35-40 min to make the extra 5 min is when i forget im a nightshade and offhand swing on the damn animated earths

if you find it cheaper and easier to get lgm alch go ahead, or just pay ~2p to the alchemists that is around. 2p aint alot of money and tbh its worth it

The added value only lies in that the potions are all in one slot. Other than that it is still making lots of potions.
It is nicer to have more value by CM slot now as a crafter.
And that comes from someone who spend one hour before each day refilling 100 slots on CMs. Don't see why players should pay now 4 to 5 times as much per potion as before.

Not forgeting that some of those barrels require you to make 121 pots just as a prereq, making a staggeringly boring 242 pots in total for 1 barrel in some cases.
It's all I can do to persuade myself to make barrels for my own characters, or in extreme cases & with sufficient non-financial persuasion for other GMs of my guild or REALLY close friends.
No way I'd take normal orders to make them TBH.
They are VERY useful tho

Re: the price. Yeah can see why someone would charge 2plat in that case, didn't know if all the alchy did was use 100 pots as ingredients at 800 skill or somethign.
I got a 9xx alchy so can make 'em myself, just wanted to keep the cost down, as with AF charges, artifact repair, etc I'm not even sure I'm breaking even with the money inc from RvR.
(such easy money pre-aggramon, pre-cluster solo, but not anymore
).
