At the risk ...

... of being flamed (which I sincerely hope I'm not privy to) try and have a bit of understanding for the guys that are trying to deal with the problems. Sure we're all annoyed, frustrated and downright maddened by what's happened - but seriously - bitching and mud throwing is not going to help out.
500 reports is what they quoted, but this amounts to whatever they had to deal with + whatever reports have come in recently (and believe me, I'm one of them).

Let's try and cool off and keep this community alive. The Hibernia Prydwen community has been *the* most solid and friendly community I've seen in any MMORPG I've played to date.

Problems have happened. You have two people who are trying their best to rectify problems.

Out of all the negativity let's try and get this forum back again as the positive *community* as it once was. Please

Overall people have reached the cumulative last straw (weve all had many last straws recently!). Its reflective of the situation that there is a lot of confrontational posting recently. Thats not because there has been a shift in the player base of the cluster, nor because of a change in the users of prydwen.net. Its the same people, being more vehmentant, less patient and less forgiving, because of badly handled problems.

Besides that, if the lag problems are sorted (its not like its the first time weve had them), the restore list is completed (im open to resolution offers, ive got 2 weeks holiday, ill bang the rest of the 500 out over that time for a reasonable rate) then most people will breath a collective sigh of relief, and those whove cancelled subs could well renew.

On the other hand, i agree with the sentiment, I can see a reason to leave prydwen, i would even consider it, however such posts are damaging if there is a critical mass of people that do move, it will mean the end of prydwen.net ofc, and I love the 'kin place.

Hugs all around!

We cant...

I logged on once this week to help aran with phoebus harp and got constant lag. I know its not goas fault (they mention a server nearby) but it drives us bonkers as we're paying for a game we cannot physically play :(
And now the peeps who have been waiting 3months + have been told that there are still 500 reports to sort through (been told this on FH as well so nothing keri said was not said before) and that theyre doing roughly 2 aday (by the working out of people who are good at maths) so technically they might not even have their chars restored by the time euro get DR.
Now we find clustering brought more chars (tho i expect these were done at same time on closed accounts and have only just been reported)

With all these problems...Unless there is a break from ONE of them (lag/restoration anything!) how can we keep being cheerful :(
