[INFO] Lag Issues

From the official daoc.goa.com posted yesterday but i didnt have time till now to get it up here.
Some players have been experiencing latency issues these last few days. First, we thank those amongst you who sent us information about their connections in order to help us to spot the source of this issue. The problem not being with our platform, we passed this information on to our partners who performed a maintenance this morning on one of the access points to our network. They will also continue their investigation in order to make sure that optimal playing conditions return for everybody.
If you are still encountering lag problems, the best way to help us solve these problems is to examine your connection to the game via "traceroutes" and "pingplots" and to send them to us. You can find a short guide in the FAQ to help you make traceroutes and pingplots if you don't know how to do them.
We are fully aware of the inconvenience and we are using all possible means to solve these disruptions as soon as possible
