I had /groundset 1000 macro for it. I used it whenever i felt necessary.

Also had it bound to Ins and Del on Numpad for easy use.

use 1100 here and after the timer nerf I use it on people moc'ing or vendo zerkers attacking non-bg'ed casters/druids/me only, pretty much, sometimes (rare occasions) I might use it to clear a tank off myself if I desperately need to be free to mezz/whatever, and sometimes, rare again, to fz an enemy support/caster towards my group so they can be killed easily and hopefully far away from their own group.

[edit] might be using 1150 not 100% sure actually... (it can be annoying when you get NS'ed and the ground target is out of sight range cos of NS)

Maximum Range is around 1250-1300. Never managed to set it further away and still get off zephyr.

Still the range is less the dependant factor than the elevation. :p

800 is around what I used, mostly because my ranger was always fighting somewhere with hills and bridges. A 1100+ GT would always get 'Target is not in view' bull****

1100 for me, it's good to have some space to use it's full potential.

With 3 QBs, you can have a few of those macros to use the one that suits you in your situation.

Although for island bridges, /gro 0 is best, if not the only way to use FZ.
