account closed

heya guys, i tried to activate my subs yesterday at 5:00pm GMT, its now the next day at 11:45am GMT and it still says its closed, anyone else having this? and no, im not paying it again

Gene,

You tried to activate your account? does that mean you actually activated it and it says it is all ok when you check your subscription (FE it doesnt say invoice in progress or something like that).

i would check your email to ensure

1. you not been banned
2. you have entered the correct cc information (which if you entered incorrectly will lock your account for 24 hours at least)

1) it would say account terminated not account closed.
2) it said order paid succesfully

I had to 'reactivate' my 2nd account yesterday morning.
10 seconds after paying I had the email & could log in.
