Posted an update yesterday morning and not had a reply yet here is what i posted:-

I seem to remember in an official Goa anouncement that clustering would not take place untill all the lost items had been restored, also i have noticed the offial thread on pryd.net has now closed and all the merchant's have been removed from the major city's. Does anyone know for certain if this is now closed, getting a little concerned now expecially not haveing a reply from customer services.
Its not closed, quite a few people in the same boat, been quite a lot of discussion in this forum and FH about it. Yeah its taking too long, can we do anything about it, probably not. I think its going to take a while to sort everyone out.
Same here, still waiting for my bainshee to get solved. And its getting very annoying since i had all my plats and important items on her. I think the info from GOA is very poor TBH, last i heard from them was 1 month + ago that they would be finished with the restoriation before cluster.

Thank you all very much for replying, it is good to know that the issue has not been closed. I appologise to Quinlan if i offended you by playing all 3 realms and take full advantage of the game and all it offers.
