CAPS means yelling in online worlds, why are we spamed by PRYDWEN and EXCALIBUR?

Yeah exactly what I tried to say, US servers dont have em in caps. Ofc id like to see no tag at all for names that are only present on one server, but thats not Goa's business rly, while CAPS names are
