there are some ToA itiems with

stat enhancement spell effectivness

per example there is a Valewalker cloth part with this,what does this effect on the Valewalker spells? nothing because valewaker does not can enhance there stat, or does this also effect the buffs from a druid? and what's when the buffs from the druid are already capped?

Does nothing unless equipped by the character that casts the buffs.

So in your case it is like the fantastic weapon I saw ages ago in SI:
A staff with Critical Strike and Blunt on it.

It works on thier self buffs, AF certainly. Not sure about Abs.

Works for Base buffs, spec buffs and AF selfbuff that much I know, and I think thats it.

means when i have a part with +10 stats buff, my AF buff from 250 would enhance to 275 Af right?But peeps can't say about ABS ....

does not work for AF on casters fyi so doubt it does on vw

The Caster AF actually do raise alittle, but not enough to be wort anything really ;D
