I know there is another thread about this, but I am getting really hacked off with no updates from GOA, and as far as I can tell, no one has been sorted this week, so can we hvae some sort of idea WHEN they are looking to getting EVERYONE on Prydwen sorted out. I am not asking for a date, just a ballpark figure... This week? Next week? a month? never????

The silence from GOA is really aggrivating.

I can understand GOA not wanting to put timescales on this kind of thing.

They have a poor track record in actually delivering on timescales and ofc we will always then throw that back at them when the fail to achieve the target.

I do find the lack of updates annoying. They must know people's frustration is mounting as the days and weeks go by.

Would the publishing of an update take a long time - no
Would it delay the restoration process - not really given the length of time it has taken so far.
Would it say anything useful - probably not but at least it tells us the process has not been ignored or delayed by other factors.
Would they want to put such an upate on their man web site - no because they do not want the bad publicity

So come on GOA, tell us what you can.

Dates would be nice but at least tell us you are putting as much effort in now as you were a few weeks ago when the restoration processs started. From where I am sitting it sadly looks as though the effort and manpower levels have reduced and that is massively unfair on those who are still waiting.

So seems that they have pulled people off the restorations.......

Just great for the 20% of people left. But at least they finally siad something even if they didn;t have the courtesy to post it here.

I really do wish that it was possible to sort this out faster, unfortunately there is nothing more we can do
You've pulled people off to help with a marketing exercise. Leaving them working on item restoration would have been something you could have done to speed the process.

It's all about prioritisation and the people owning the remaining 500 reports are being shown that they are not a high priority for you.

What i would love to see is some of the prydwen playerbase go to the Monde du Jeu and do some "PR" on behalf of the players who are still missing stuff.

I cannot say how angry I am about this cos this would get me banned from these boards. I am getting a lesser (if that is possible) customer service than other players, and I am supposed to be patient... well my patience has worn out, sorry, there is nothing more i can at this time about it.
