Loosing stuff again !!

Today I was crafting with my SC'er for some ppl. (27th sept)
My bags were full so I logged in a char of my sec account to transfer some items. I transfer 8 gems to 2nd account and only 4 were found in my inventory.
First tought it was a graphical bug, so I relogged, logged back in and only 2 gems of the 8 are in the inventory.
6 99% gems gone !!
I did try to get in Right Now but can't.
Some-one know if FN is down for the moment?
If so, when will it be back up?

PS. For the ppl who I was crafting, will make new gems and hope they don't disappear, ofc, the price won't change :lemony:

Well it could be that you left 2 gems on the grounds which decade overtime. Just guessing ofcourse. Just make a Rightnow and you'll be helped (altho i can imagine it can take a while since naked people get preference...which is really logic if you seen some of them naked from upclose
)

I gived 8 gems from crafter to alt, both chars have msg there were 8 items transferred against 0 (made a pic on both accounts) but only 4 gems were in the inventory.
No gems were on the floor. Did have 4 gems in 5th bag, i relog and 2 gems in that bag. Did drop nothing.
I did try to get acces to Right Now with 3 diff acc, they all 3 failed to get in.
Maybe they closed RightNow, no idea.

Not much you can see on that pic,
Only the msg i did transfer 8 items against 0 and my 5th bag with 4 items. The other bags are all completly full.
Picture is to big to upload here and when i resize it is it almost impossible to see my chat window

update.
I was helping anthon to trade stuff from chars when the gems he lost reappeared in his inventory. So they came back after being missing for a good 5 hours, during that time the char was logged in.
A few minutes later he noticed that 3 other assorted items had disappeared. These came back when the char ported back to houseing.
At the present time that account doesn;t have access to right now, but emails have been sent to support reporting all of this.
This is not a case of someone just losing stuff, i saw this with my own eyes.
I don;t want to panic anyone, just seems a bit weird.

Damn those gems, like bad women, can't get rid of them, they always come back!
