Posting this in a thread - same as what i said in the 'Requiel' thread.

GMs are not looking at PMs sent to them via forums.

Now when you think there are what 4 thousand english players... the GMs get Rightnows sent to them about the restoration etc.

They have to read the rightnows, see what equipment is requested as lost, check the files to see if the char has actually had that equipment, then restore it.

From the amount of whines ive read id be guessing at least a couple of hundred people have had items lost poss even thousands i dont know. when you think that the GMs have to cope with that, server side issues (eg bugs), hackings and other things you have to appriciate how well they are doing under the amount of pressure they have upon their shoulders

If you have rightnowed and got some items back and are still missing then re-send it. ONLY if you are still missing items after having being given some back

If you have lost items and have your template handy INCLUDE IT! They can then replace any named item - EXCEPT RoGs and Crafted... you will be compensated for the crafted armour.

If anyone needs any other information that is not included in here or the GMs posts then feel free to PM myself or one of the other E&Es and we will try our best to help out... no point PMing a GM on forums

It was in relation to GOA's original comments, they shouldn't have problems handling PMs if only a small number were effected as they originally claimed :p

So, just to clarify ...
You're saying if we havn't got our items back yet we should send another RightNow?
I thought that was exactly what we were told we SHOULDN'T do!
<looks confused>

Where's this info from? Players have previously been told not to repost issues as you suggest. In fact why should a re-submittal be required - surely my logged rightnow request is still there & not lost or deleted without being sorted out?

GOA are great at instilling confidence in their customers.

Can I just clarify you mean those who have been waiting since the corruption occured or those who have been waiting since Prydwen reopened last Monday?
