Our customer support teams are working hard to replace all the missing items reported over the past week. This is a huge job and we have diverted all our resources to dealing with it however it will take a few more days to complete. We thank you for your patience while we work through this list. In the meantime, the underpopulated realm bonuses which are in effect on Prydwen will stay in place until the servers are ready for clustering. We will be able to announce more news regarding this soon.

Zenyth
We are going to TRY to keep you updated on what is going on with the item restoration. However at this point it's going to be limited to things like Ýep today we managed to take another lump out of it and yes we are still working on it!''

We'll do our best however please understand that as long as your support request says'Under Investigation'it's still in the queue.

Edit: will try to keep posting news from FH here

Those 2 minutes could be used to restore some items. From several posts I've read - not just here - people express that they want their items ASAP and therefore won't wait even 2 minutes longer. Let the things happen as they happen, not like they're able to speed up the process if 500 people yell at them.

How do you feel if you're stressed and you have 2 people asking you to speed up, how you're doing, why it isn't going faster or so?

If you don't think they're doing their best - which I'm certain they do - then geez... What would they win by not trying, more customers that quit? Oh yeah...

Well I can understand them being shy of giving specific times and figures on their progress and then causing more aggro if they are unable to meet them.

What would be nice is just a simple "we now estimate we are almost 75% through the backlog of claims" or "unfortunatly, we have still only managed to process 30%". I guess an unknown from their PoV, is how many peeps are out there that might still make lost items claims.

while i would normally agree , My Vamp remains naked , I'm relogging a fault report. Dont' mind if i get put to the bottom of the list, as it feels now i don't appear to be on the list :/

edit : Just relogged it in right now .... here is hoping

Ermm if you updated your original Rightnow it was bumped from the place it was to the bottom of the queue.

If you made a new one that new one is at the bottom of the queue

As long as your original one does not say closed/solved you where fine

I have gone from being pretty critical of the way GOA have handled this to being a little more relaxed.

Seems to me that the GM's are reading the forums and taking note of the issues players are raising and then managing to pursuade GOA to actually make some efforts to meet the issues.

Even on this forum people have asked for an apology and we have seen that on the GOA main page. They have asked for an assurance that this will not happen again and we have seen as close as we are going to get on that one. We have seen an update note which at least confirms progress is being made.

Small steps they may be. Quick 'wins' possibly which have taken little effort but at least it is something and they could have easily ignored that and simply said we are focussing on character restoration.

I know peeps are still waiting for their toons to be sorted and I know from personal experience how frustrating this is. We can all want more and want it faster and I am sure no one can blame us for that - but I take some comfort from the fact that the views of players seem to be noted.

so you and how many others have double logged reports?

Rather than log a single report and wait your turn you clog up the process with multiple reports making the already insurmountable task of restoring peoples stuff item by item they look at the list only to get an unclear picture of whats happening...

I for one would not thank you if you were duplicating my workload!
