Over the course of the last 4 days we have received over 1200 support requests. We have drafted in members of other teams to work through this and we are indeed working weekends. Your support request is in the queue and will be dealt with it when we reach it.

i would like to know when you plan to finish replacing items, it is coming upto the weekend and i expect that the staff at GOA dont work over the weekend so i am basically asking how long it will be before my items are replaced as every time i log on i find my charater still stripped bare, and everytime i come closer and closer to closing my accounts, now i dont expect special treatment, i simply want to know how long it will be before i can play my character effectively,

GOA have sent me an official reply stating they will be workign through the weekend to make sure everyone gets their items back, i just wanna check, now ofcourse they may just eb doign alb and mid, but i highly doubt that, so please if you get items back today (saturday) or tommorow, post here

because quite frankly they've lied to us before, why shouldnt they again,

Not sure you were ever going to get a decent answer to your question which was in essence "when are all characters going to be restored by ?"

Must be hard to give an accurate answer given they will not know the complexities of each case in the queue or the number of toons involved in each single RN report.

I remember reading elswhere Requiel saying they expected to have the bulk of reports sorted by around Tues next week - but that is not a guarantee and was intended to mean 'all' characters.

oh i wasnt expecting an exact date/time a rough estimate like, "we expect to be finished by the 20th, but it may overrun to the 25th" would suffice, just he seemed to ignore my question completely, almost as if he was copy/pasting it

apparently u get 75plat compensation aswell as ur artis or items u lost

average amount bck is artis + 50 ish plat but it also depends weather u are a scale leather or cloth wearer

On FH it is said that people kept receiving things back yesterday and today. Someone even got his stuff back yesterday evening at 22.00.
