thats not what i asked, i asked how long do you expect before all items are returned, not mine, not anyone in specific, i would like to know when i am guaranteed to log on and find my character restored for certain, not on a personal level, but ofcourse thats what it comes down to, but on a server wide level. i would also like to know when the free days compensation kicks in, as my subs run out today and i would like my free days before i renew?

Over the course of the last 4 days we have received over 1200 support requests. We have drafted in members of other teams to work through this and we are indeed working weekends. Your support request is in the queue and will be dealt with it when we reach it.

i would like to know when you plan to finish replacing items, it is coming upto the weekend and i expect that the staff at GOA dont work over the weekend so i am basically asking how long it will be before my items are replaced as every time i log on i find my charater still stripped bare, and everytime i come closer and closer to closing my accounts, now i dont expect special treatment, i simply want to know how long it will be before i can play my character effectively,
