I can not get into right now on either of my accounts do not no how to get hold of a gm any other way really appreciate help but from here now so if a gm listen send me a pm or summat or if any 1 else can help

daoc.goa.com/en ...there you can find information of how to contact and send a report of missing items. If that's what it's about.
You can do this without having access to rightnow.

My issue with rightnow was that it doesn't use your current game password, it uses your first ever game password instead.
That was the case for me. Time to dig up your old account infos
