My sub ran out today. Ok i sat down at 8 cet, and started to renew it, then i changed my mind and wanted to choose 3 monthes instead 1 month.... no back button, so i closed the window. When i log again in, i see i cant change subscriotion cause invoice in progress.. Aight.
Well, it is 17cet now, i still get that message.Checked FH and they said preventing frauds the cancelled / incorrect transactions flag that account for few hours..
I cant understand them. I can understand 1 hour (btw, i never saw that long time so far in any other mmorpg on the market, at least for 1 failed attempt), but 7 hours ??
I am annoyed.

Same problem here with activating an account today. That subscription process of them really sucks, you can't do a step back to your first selection and when you restart it it is still locked. They said to me I had to put security low, clear all cookies and try again, then if that didn't work try another workstation. Well did all and ofc it didn't work because they lock it at the side of their server probably, what securitywise is ofc completely comprehensible. What is not is that it stays locked and that GOA is probably just guesssing about how it's own software works.
And they have such cool end of their supportmail.
PS: You should not interrupt the transaction before it’s finished.

This morning when I wanted to log into my account on Prydwen to see if my characters had been repaired I was unable to even though we were supposed to be getting 2 weeks free subs as soon as the servers went back up.
When I went to resubscribe the system wouldn't recognise my password, or my email address. When I finally got it to send me a new password & tried to make the secured payment I got sent by GOAs webpage to a non-existant link, so I couldn't input my credit card details & had to give up.
Now I come home this evening from work & have received the following email:-

You can try the link for yourselves - it's faulty & takes you to a zero-content page. When I tried to leave it I got a message saying my input (!I didn't actually have the chance to input anything!) was faulty & GOA would be sending me another email with another (presumably also faulty) link on it.
When I try to access my account details page it tells me I can't change my subscription details because other changes are currently pending.
OMG PLEASE JUST LET ME PAY FFS!
