How do people RightNow their losses?

So I am wondering what you people state in the rightnow and how you got "help" from them in return?
Has anyone been in my situatuation sofar : Lost everything on Vamp, can only really remember GoV and SoM... as I didnt play him to much lately
How do I do? I KNOW he had more artifacts, a dagger or so iirc and some jewlery.. but I just CANT REMEMBER :<
also not 100% if he had ebon hide or harpy gem etc etc NO IDEA whatsoever what scrolls I´ve managed to get for his artis that wasnt activated and in the now empty inventory....
How would I do to report this??

Missing Items on Cavel
My Vampiir Cavel is missing the following items:
Spellbound Indigo Vest
Spellbound Indigo Pants
Spellbound Idigo Sleeves
Spellbound Indigo Helm
Spellbound Indigo Boots
Spellbound Indigo Gloves (2 ALL magic Skills/ 2 Piercing version)
Orb of Discovery (Catacomb quest item)
Cuinnsear Dagger (Lost Seeds quest item)
arcanite Needle
She is also missing the Vampiir chest version from the ToA quest 'Wicoessa's Preposition', but I do not remember the full name for that.
.. with the typo
. I then realised I didn't loose the first item.. and tried to correct it on Rightnow.

got stuff back most important ones cept 2x band of shadow and the lgm weps
got the ml10 piercer back 2x cyclone bracers and leviathan ring
+ 10p compensation thats crap band of shadow is 10p + 2x lgm weps another 10p
