Here is a list of the current active alliances/guilds on Hib/Excal atm. Hopefully it will be to some use for you when cluster is here, so you can pass on info as fast as possible. I do realise that the XML files will get fixed at some point after cluster, but i still believe this will be of better use.

Oh and just had a quick look at names and saw this, Hellenic Phallanx has an officer called Spetsnaz. We have an officer called Spetsnaz in Fallen Spirits as well
