since duskwave is down any1 know an UP-TO-DATE site with all the stats on?

Doubt it, they all use the same info from goa. Which is why they dont have recent stats, the goa info xml is down.

Until GOA gets its act together there won't be any stats.
Then expect about 1 to 2 weeks for the major sites to be reworked as GOA inevitably will break the current working set.

As someone on /gu noted last night, it's august and goa is in france. Don't expect any progress for a month.

XML is not currently a high priority for a couple of reasons:
1. GOA are working on a new stats engine which will update the various sites.
2. GOA are working on the cluster.
Both of the things will be implemented together, or at least this is the best information that I can pass on at this time.

XML has very rarely actually worked. I can't see this changing any time soon.
