Just for info, the email notification system from RightNow isn't working properly at the moment and so you will not get an email when we update or answer your query. However the query will still be updated on the RightNow site so if you have an outstanding query and you haven't recieved an email from us, log into RightNow and check the status of your question there.

Says in the FH thread with same subject the problem is fixed, so i'm unsticking this.
