My Cloudsong /use2 charge gets overwrited by my dd pulse (im Wail specced Bainshee)

Both of them are chants so it should be like that

negates the use off 2 artifacts tho, which is kinda stupid. I can live with the ablative thing

Like Zahur/Cloudsong charges over-right my speed.. yeh working as intended

can't run sok and a chant at the same time either

Should have thought about that before getting cloudsong tbh. Cloudsong isn't too good on any class that uses chants, be it bard, chanter, bainshee, warden, sorc, theurg, minstrel, skald, rm, aug healers can't run speed either. Did I get all? :-P Not that skald would use it anyway though, dunno if they can either, but they could use zahur for example, but it's rather pointless then.
