ok i know this is a long shot but id like ur advice on this matter

i lost both my passwords and subscription due to my old fella formatting the computer which is no big deal except for the fact he has forgotten his email password and secret question which leads to problems as i cant get my user name/password from the daoc homepage cuz it sends out an email to the registered email on the account i had this prob earlier when trying to change the email to my own so i can recieve any msgs

now i know that for all u know i coulda just bought the account or sold it to some one and therefore just trying to get the details off u guys to either cause problems by activating it back in my name which i know is against EULA so thats my dilema as i see it im wondering u got any advice on what to do or do i just have to purchase a brand new account and start all over again

i would like ur advice as i have spent so long getting all my chars to where they are and it be a shame if i lost em to this mistake but an understandable one chz

Get ready to give evidence that the account belongs to you, imo send a rightnow with your CD Keys and Name and Adress etc. Then wait for a response on rightnow.

eh whats rightnow m8 never heard of it or not even sure if i got it on my comp but i got all cd keys ere and the full list of details over the subscription just incase im asked for them

However, to login to it you need your game or subs password (can't remember which).

If you have neither, then you can email subscription@goa.com

However, they will likely require that you post (not email) evidence that the account is really yours before resetting the account/passwords. If nobody else claims the account then that might not be necessary.

When i lost my subscription password i was asked to email them details that were on the page.

Name
Address
Email Address
CD-Keys (if you have multiple accounts and don't know which is for which account then send them all and they will match them)
Account Name

If you don't know your GAME login username and password (which you need to log into RightNow) then send an email to subscription@goa . com.

Took only two days for me, when I lost my password.

write it down on a piece of paper
print it out
learn it
save it on a floppy, cd, dvd whatsoever

will save ya from this struggle next time :f :cowgif:

nobody knows my password exept thand, its not on my comp, not on a piece of paper its in my mind, so if my mind goes blank then bye bye password!
