Getting a house

not sur eif i should post here , but mod can always move it if needed :cowgif:
Anyway , i'm considereing Moving to Hib/pry perment as i've had a fantastic time here so far, however, How much is a house with a CM ( and porch) going to cost me ?
I know on excal it came to the princely sum of about 3.5 plat.
I only have about 10 plat in total on Hib/pry , and about double that on alb/excal .. so don't think i'll bother transfering cash ...
but any1 got any suggestions ?

1 P for the Cottage
Add some merchants + decoration 500G - 100000PLAT (:D)
Around housenumber 3979 I know there's good neighbours; relative close to market and lots free

Pretty much, tho its Cottage 1p and House 10p
Worth asking if theres anyone wishing to trade a house tho, people have a habit of inheriting them on Hib so you can maybe make a trade if cash is limited (I had 4 to re-distribute at one point
)

if you go to the listing in GOA roll of honour you can see what lots are available, also a nice way to work out who your neighbours are.
As memtioned, if you want a cheaper option then starting from scratch then see if someone wants to sell up thiers.

Housing and merchant prices are the same on all realms on all servers. So if your alb house cost you 3.5plat then the same house and furnishings would cost you the same, unless you bought the plot at a time when the price hadn't fallen to 300 gold.

its shanessa here i play on hib as a few days back and i think you know who i am
houses are cheap here the expensive as ahib player is scrolls

I'm looking into just buying a house outright, as there is ALOT of plots free.
But if someone has one thats going cheap all the better, of if someone is taking a leave of absence from the game, i am a great tennet =) :cowgif:

you cant get a house cheaper then on prydwen, as the loot are the cheapest possible
unless you manage to c6 someone into giving you a loot!
