Whats coming next in Daoc - the next expansions name

Darkness Rising anyone?

Or in other words, Mythic have trademarked a few titles in the past, and this, is their most recent one. Catacombs was trademarked around the 13th of april 04 and came out before christmas 04, and this year around the 15th of april Mythic trademarked Darkness Rising.

Interesting, no?

Given my reputation as a sayer of sooth, I`ll make the prediction that this pay expansion will see a revamping of Darkness falls, an expansion of underground realms and mythology, a new playable race for all 3 realms and possibly a further class, all enhancing the 'undead' and underground mythology. Furthermore, I expect to see player controllable mounts in the game, instanced rvr additions and a reworking of the Master Levels so that all of them up to .10 steps are completable by one group.

I think I read somewhere that next expansion will bring lots of new things to guilds?

No, no connection but I think thats what it said in the text with the new screenshots (but ofcourse it cant just be guild expansion)

I wonder what kind of overpowered classes they implement this time

maybe one with the ability to call airstrikes every 30 seconds and bomb entire HW!

Think I read somewhere on Camelot Herald that ppl attending the Roundtable event starting today would get a preview of the next expansion, but not sure.

If this is so we will no doubt read more about it from sunday/monday...

I'd prefer a char to have an ability to send pr0n to my house :bunny:
