Anybody have a 'best way' to kill Sgathan in Broken mirrors - Hibby Dungeon instance near to Shar Labyrinth please ?
Spent three hours approx getting to him, then another 30 minutes on him, before he finally killed us. He appears to be un-interruptable or is it bugged? Could the mobs advise maybe please ?
We're duoing a Champ and Bard (both level 34)
Sgathan is a transparent version of the NPC at the start, who gets down to 50% and starts healing himself - smaller versions (fragments) of himself appear throughout the fight too.
We can get him down to around 15% if we're lucky but then he just heals himself back to 60+%
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

That would ONLY be useful on Camlann. Duh.
I did say Hibernia - Dungeon instance.
Maybe next time ill post 'any help appreciated except sarcastic comments that don't even ring true' ?

have you tried using amnesia once he tries to cast a spell?
seems to work with some mobs.
edit: or take a stunbot.

Yup, tried Amnesia
Could possibly use a stunbot, if we had one.
he is non interuptable tho.

It may be that two of you is too small a party. The adventure wings are normally designed for parties of at least four peeps so although you went in at quite high levels it may be that you need another buddy or two to speed up his decline.
Glad you posted your message though because I've been contemplating going for him but might now wait a few levels.

after spending 3 hours on Broken, failing twice and getting a 'try posting on prydwen.net' from freddyshouse - i was a bit annoyed, i think i expected a better clientelle over here - to get that as a first reply was a bit of a shock ]It may be that two of you is too small a party. Group a druid/bard/warden is often the best way to tackle such mobs. If the mob is stronger then your collective; outlive him with healing.
Ive not explored the Instanced Wing yet tho; so no clue
