Noob question about master level steps

Can you get the final x.10 (in this case 6.10!) step if you havent done the previous ones?
The answer to this dictates whether or not i leave home early tonight

No, you cannot.
First you need to do 6.1 - 6.9 and after it you are able to get credit for 6.10
But because of player feedback, Mythic changed this, in patch 1.75 ... two more to go

But aren't they bundling .74 & .75 for Euro?

Yes, probably. But thats still at least 2 months to go i think.

1.75 will allow you to do the steps on a ML level as you go.
This means it is not needed to do ML .1 to .9 before .10 - you can do them in any order.
Still means you must have all 11 steps (.11 = ML xp) done and the level before it (for example having ML3 ability before receiving ML4 ability).

we'll get 1.74 (clustering first) and i doubt they will impliment such a major change and add another patch
I dont think we will see 1.75 anytime soon

GOA already said we get both 1.74 and 1.75 at once when we get them, and they are trying to get us the patches asap since they agreed with Mythic it takes to long for the EU and US servers to be equal.
