Catacombs items PvE only bonuses?

Anyone know a list, or know all PvE only bonuses you can get from the new Catacomb items, aswell as the Cap for each bonus at a given level.
Also do they all stack with ToA bonuses, ie. +10% style ToA, and +10% Style PvE only.
I am considering making a Vamp template around pure PvE farming, scrolls etc etc. Would be great to have alot of the PvE bonuses!

Bladeturn reinforcement
Block
Bracing bonus
Defensive bonus
Evade
Negative effect duration reduction
Reactionary style damage bonus
Spell power cost reduction
Style cost reduction
To hit bonus

there's also parry, death xp loss % reduction, "to-hit" bonus, "defence" bonus.. a lot is quite ambiguous and every item seems to have a new kind of pve-only bonus. Will the madness never end!
(L O V I N G +10% evade on my pve outfit though
)
