Why (in my opinion) buffbots are wrong...

You pays your money you takes your chance.

Fix server capacity, dont blame people who play more accounts.

What multiple accounts give you is the ability to jump on and get going straight away, people with busy lives cant be arsed waiting around for a group for an hour and a 1/2.

i spoke to a gm regarding the whole "increase the server limit" and basically the answer goes along the lines of

The game could take any number of people however the underlying network code isnt supported past a certain number. Which is saying that technically if goa wanted too they could have a 10k server. however the actual game software wasnt designed to handle over a certain amount i suspect you would start getting performance issues. Which wouldnt be related to CPU or memory but more to do with the network coding.

Which is always a bummer

but i like my bot account its handy and i pay for the privledge

is it selfish of me to log it in when the server is on heavy load. Possibly but then again it could be said that you logging in and preventing me from using my second acount is selfish

And that's what it's all about. People with 2 accounts, pay twice the subs as someone with 1 account. So wouldn't know why they wouldn't be allowed to play both their accounts.

After all, be happy with the people who are still playing the game, instead of nagging they are selfish. For some it might be easy to just move to classic servers and start over. But I myself find it very hard to c a server i been playing on for 4 years die. A server where i got 8 lvl50's, 4 ML10's and a lot more.

So less nagging and more enjoying the game, if u don't, maybe ur playing the wrong game then.
