If u wanna have a go at GOA, try to give them some constructive critics instead. I try to, not sure i've been successful tho. And i admit i have given them some teasing, nothing serious about it tho. I hope that they got that in the right way.
Flaming them won't get things better, only will piss em off. I know i would be that if someone throws shit at me when i had been working 13 h/day to make it right.

In the case of France and the rest of Europe they adapted that act which states that they are not allowed to work Sunday's and must have a certain amount of day's off. I've forgotten what act this was but the U.K. rejected this law. The French economy is far worse off needless to say but is this helping worsen the situation? Compare the UK's $29483.29 per person with France's economy $28636.90 per person. I personally would think France's would be higher.

As for what Scabs said being fact, I'm pretty sure that GOA aren't in fact really a pair of mismatched clown shoes.

People are welcome to air their opinions, but they can do so without such visciousness as was presented here, for example whilst on one hand you can randomly blurt out the quote above and the other you could say perhaps, "GOA why are you taking so long", I can think of many other words that are less viscious but equally meaning to describe GOA if need be, such as 'Incompetent'.

Wonder why you felt the need to cut the rest of the conversation out

If your only argument for not deserving the warning is that other people have flamed after you also then it's a pretty weak argument.

Fact: You flamed.
Fact: You got warned for it.

I've told you, if you think someone else is flaming feel free to report it and it will be dealt with.

End of story.

I am totally happy to take the warning, yes I think it was silly to warn me for telling gandalf to shut up. But it is up to you to warn me, you are the moderator.

If you disagree with the rules in the CoC it's a different issue to be taken up another time and another place, feel free to make a thread in Off-Topic or some such about what rules in the CoC you feel should change and why.

As for the warning, if you accept it then there's no issue is there.
