Got my drop items back that moment. Got compensated with 152 platinum for the rest on 3 characters. Updated my report on tuesday evening to give you a hint where they should be at restoring.

Dunno... first report was at around noon on monday (050905-000227) but updated it on tuesday evening.

They've probably forgot about the old reports and are only dealing with new ones. Don't update your report? You updated yours and it got dealth with. No offence to GOA but this is pathetic.

Ok, that clarifies that. But what happens to people like me who didn't write down all the items my toon had? Luckily the alts I have had stripped are lowish levels and have no artis/uber rogs or anything like that, but they do need a full set or armour, selections of weapons and jewellry/trinkets etc. What will happen in those situations? Is it money, another trip to the old guys in TNN or some general items added to the inventory?

What would actually be nice is, say for alts below 40, that they are given sufficient aurulite to buy a set of catacombs kit appropriate to their level.

2 of my alts that lost kit would be perfectly happy with a yellow con Aurulite set, since that is more or less what they had anyway

I even said on the 2 RNs that I would prefer Aurulite, so here's hoping

Still waiting. This is beyond bad handling now.
