It's not so much the amount of information that bothers me personally, it's the fact that since day 1 GOA repeatedly have major screw ups and every single time try to offload the blame onto something/someone else or just outright pretend there isn't a problem (caster AF buff not working for a while anybody?, or how about charging cancelled accounts). If they perhaps focussed on making sure they didn't continuously screw up to such extremes in the first place then all this just wouldn't be an issue.Takitothemacs wrote:not entirely true. just no point in explaing the nature if the problem in depth to the majority of the community who, whith the greatest respect, dont have the technical knowledge to understand the problem.
Think back Xest to the days before Kemor... now think about what info we are being given now... it may not be regular enough for some but it is still a shitload more feedback then we ever got in the old days... I honestly think that peoples memories are getting shorter.
If GOA were encouraged to come clean each time there was a problem then they'd also have to tighten up their act so that they didn't embarass themselves so frequently, the problem as it stands is that they continue to screw up and do everything they can to pretend their company is fine and that they do nothing wrong - it just adds insult to injury basically.
